3 Month Personal MIndfulness Training Package

You're tired of missing out on juicy moments with your lover, feeling the deep love of your children, or noticing when one of your brothers or sisters or even your mother or father silently signals a need for deeper love and attention with a shift in their facial expression. You know about the Harvard research showing Americans missing out on at least half of the moments they've been gifted. That's like buying a 2-week vacation and only being there for half of it! Or taking your lover to the best gourmet meal in town and missing out on every other bite. You know that mindfulness, being aware in the moment, is the way. You're committed to making a lasting change in your level of daily mindfulness because you're ready to feast on this rich banquet we call life.
With this package, you'll get 3 months of one-on-one mindfulness training that's focused on both solo meditation and partner meditation practice. We spend our lives alone or in relationship and we don't want to miss out on anything in either those realms. Each week for 12 weeks you'll meet in person with an assigned mindfulness trainer to work on deep open and closed eye meditaion and to develop clarity on out-of-session mindfulness goals and techniques.
