A New Era of Human Thriving

one·ness

the fact or state of being whole, unified or connected, though comprised of two or more parts.

WELCOME TO THE ONENESS COMPANY
We're championing a new era of human thriving, rooted in the power of connection.

Our mission is to promote mindful face-to-face human connection in businesses, conferences, schools, churches, and homes around the world.

Our moonshot is to slash workplace disengagement and youth suicide rates in half by end of 2029.

Our Revolutionary Opportunity

Humans are social beings optimally evolved over millions of years to connect, create, and celebrate together as one. When we fail to truly come together, we suffer individually and collectively.

This is real, measurable suffering, not just psychological, but physiological and economic. Mounting data show epidemics of workplace disengagement and social alienation, driving not only rising suicide, addiction, and disease rates, but also poor creativity, corporate burnout, and employee turnover.  Daily, it's increasingly clear that disconnection is at the root of our deepest suffering as individuals and as organizations, and that connection is the cure.

Seeing this in our own lives and those of friends and family, we were compelled to take a stand and fight for something better.

So welcome to our revolution, the one where you, and me, and an ever-growing we stop treating culture as something outside our reach, but something that each of us expresses daily through our actions and inactions.

Connection Is More Vital Than Diet and Exercise To Our Wellness

We humans are hardwired to belong to tight-knit social groups, because our survival in prehistoric times required it.  Loners and outcasts didn't live long or even reproduce. So, if we sense connectedness, a sense of belonging, our brains release oxytocin (the bond or trust hormone), and we feel good.   Sensing disconnectedness, we release cortisol, the stress hormone, and feel fear and pain, like a survival instinct directing us to reconnect.  Yet, our modern ways make it easy to mask, tolerate, and indeed survive prolonged disconnection.  Only now, are we starting to understand how this type of stress is taking its toll on our well-being.
